My solar hot water system was massively leaking. My unit was without hot water for 3 weeks. I felt overwhelmed at the prospect of knowing who to choose as a plumber. From the moment I contacted FDP Daniel was clear, prompt and helpful. I called around 830 pm and wanted to book a plumber for the next day as early as possible. Christian arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He outlined the situation and options effectively.The quote was prompt and thorough. Tony and Sebastian undertook the plumbing job. I trusted them with keys to my property and felt confident in their abilities. They were polite, respectful and installed a new hot water system and sealed other leaking pipes all in one day. I had an amazing experience dealing with this company and I can't speak highly enough for Daniel who was a thorough professional through out the job. I had a problematic valve in the tank of my guest toilet late at night and with visitors at home the issue needed to be fixed at the earliest. Daniel arrived within an hour of calling the company as promised. He listened to us carefully and investigated what was wrong. He presented various options while explaining to us what would be most appropriate one looking at the longer term. Once decided, he carried out the fix with calmness and composure. Perfect professionalism from start to finish, go with them. Daniel was great over the phone, clear and understanding when I was flipping out over leaking gas. Simon and his apprentice Sebastian were sent out ASAP to assess the issue and were both incredibly professional, kind and efficient. Simon and Daniel did all they could to accommodate the limitations of my financial situation, gave great advice and were very knowledgeable of what hot water units would be best for our needs. Everyone was considerate of us having no hot water or heating in Winter and didn't leave us waiting. Daniel and Jai completed the works as soon as they could and did a fast yet thorough job. We had a hose burst at 1am under our bathroom basin. That exposed a series of issues with our plumbing that Daniel identified quickly when he arrived. The water was turned off and the issues explained to us clearly and costings given despite it being 3.30am. The new hot water service arrived mid afternoon the same day with some brass fittings required. The job was completed on work inside and out in a day and they were very neat and respectful. It was a pleasure to deal with Daniel who identify the problem(s) quickly and gave an idea of time. He worked around our arrangements and got the equipment here in a timely manner. I recently had a massive drain blockage in my toilet and saw it just after coming from overseas and immediately called fast direct plumbing and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Kristian (plumber) arrived on time even though it was very late at night (around 12) , was extremely professional, and took the time to explain the problem and the best solutions. The job was completed efficiently, and he made sure to clean up and disinfect the whole bathroom and made it spotless, which I really appreciate. The quality of his work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. After the job was the done they provided me a report as well which really helped me with the claims. Kristian and Seb went above and beyond to help my family out. They were professional, friendly and did everything possible to get the job done well, and as affordably as possible. Our exciting journey in buying a new home was temporarily halted after discovering that our outdoor gas pipes in the new house was cut and stolen overnight. No hot water. Gas stove not working. A traumatic experience. See Pics 1 & 2. After considering several quotes, FAST DIRECT PLUMBING came to the rescue. Daniel was very sympathetic and offered us a great solution which slowly restored our confidence. In less than 24 hours, his Team - Tony (Pic 5) and Henry arrived and worked on the solution: new pipes screwed on the brick wall (3rd Pic) and securely covered (Pics 4). In less than 2 hours, problem fixed and confidence definitely restored! Tony also afterwards checked our internal hot water and gas stove to ensure all are working. He also did an extra job when he discovered that my laundry tap was reversed (Hot on the right and Cold on the Left) which disagreed with the bottom connections (Hot Left: Cold Right). I called the company around 9 pm on a Saturday night due to a blocked drain in our ground-floor toilet. Daniel arrived at the property within an hour and used a high-pressure jet and CCTV inspection to unblock the drain. The report was detailed, and I was able to forward it to my builder for further management. A 5-star review is definitely justified for this company's service. Extremely professional and friendly. All I can say is WOW! Daniel came as a recommendation from a friend, I changed from an old hot water service to a continuous. He explained the whole process to me, and I felt confident in choosing his service. He was very reasonably priced and did such a good job, he even left the whole area spotless. I had a water leak in the wall, leaking under my house. Kristian came out the following day and the most appropriate method was explored. The redirection of the water pipes saved us from needing to cause damage to gain access to the leak and and the works commenced, and carried out on the external of the wall from the hot water service. I called these guys in a midnight panic after a drain and dishwasher connection went rogue. Their call-out fee was substantially cheaper than the other three 24h companies I had called, and they were extremely polite over the phone. The potential processes and costs associated were explained to me prior to confirming the booking which added a well-needed layer of confidence that the problem was easily fixable. I needed assistance with my blocked toilet in an emergency kind of situation.
